SHOP THE LOOK

I am keeping it short and sweet today because this girl right here has many roles to fulfill in the next 24 hours.

I have to first play a little game of Cinderella and clean this ransacked house of mine for our company Christmas party tomorrow night. I will then move right on to personal shopper for Ross, running last minute errands for the party, in the freezing rain I might add. I am hoping to find time to be a Real Housewife of Williamson County and squeeze in a pedicure and brow wax. I have to get my chores checked off by 3:00 PM so I can play the ever so important role of mom. Must get the crazy kitties fed, bathed and ready for the sitter because my better half and I have a holiday party that I was just made aware of two days ago. Now, what will I wear? Don't husbands know that their wives need more than two days to plan party outfits?

The sweet part of the post is this Forever 21 rugby stripe sweater. I LOVE it. I don't push clothes on you guys very often, but I am pushing this one. It's a must buy. I shopped my own post again and got it on Black Friday. The fit is perfect and has plenty of room for layering an oxford underneath without feeling confined. I didn't see the exact one online, but found a super similar one here . There was a table full at the Forever 21 store that I was at. I did find the exact style in black/white and teal/navy in case you wanted to check those out too.

I hope everyone has a fabulous weekend. See your pretty faces Monday. As always, thanks a million for stopping by to chat!

You always look nice in your pictures... Obviously. But you look really very pretty here. Hope this doesn't come across as creepy. Just stating the facts :) Have a nice day and good luck getting your to-do list checked off.

You go real housewife!

Godspeed on getting it all done, and remember if something is not done, the only person who will know it is you. Everyone else will be too busy enjoying themselves at your party.

Super cute! I just got my first Kiki La Rue order in. Felt bad the mailman delivering it in this sleet.

Love this look, you always look pulled together and cute with the perfect accessories, love:) Isn't it funny how fun nights out involve the wrangling of kids into bath and jammies and notes and everything else before we even get to get ready to go out? Happy weekend, friend:)

I love this look - it's very seasonally fun. Is that even a word? But yeah, totally could see any woman rocking this for Holiday photos, christmas tree shopping, or opening gifts and/or SHOPPING. SO SO classic and perfect.

I am a person that doesn't often fall into trendy things. I have a hard time purchasing a shirt with a print on it that I think might fade. I feel like with stripes, and checks and even polka dots you can't go wrong.

That's not to say I'm not still kicking myself for not buying that FOX sweater from Old Navy last year. I don't love the one this year as much.

Sure I have regrets but I feel like I have more happy purchases in my closet. (Proof I tried to clean it out the other day and could only toss out maybe 10 items of the WHOLE thing... the rest I'm too attached too and they aren't items that are "out of style" yet). ;)
